Mississippi Individual Resident Income Tax Return (Short)
Form 80-110 allows Mississippi residents to file their Mississippi tax returns. Form 80-110 is the shorter version of Form 80-105. Although Form 80-110 or Form 80-105 may be supplemented by additional forms or schedules, one of these two forms must be included with all Mississippi tax returns. Unlike Form 80-105, Form 80-110 has certain requirements that taxpayers must fulfill in order to qualify to use this form to file their returns. The requirements to use Form 80-110 are that the taxpayer be filing as single, has no dependents, and only has income sourced from compensation or interest. If you do not meet these requirements you should use Form 80-105 to file your return.
